  • Commitment to providing highest quality patient service
  • Space requirement of 150-200 sq. ft.
  • Located in a visible, easily accessible, medically active location on a main road
  • Preferably on the ground floor
  • Washroom within the selected premises

  • Standardized Suburban center layout blueprint for development
  • IT software and associated hardware (bar-code printer)

  • Technical training on best practices on phlebotomy and laboratory services

Franchisee

  • Commitment to providing highest quality patient service
  • Space requirement of at least 600 sq. ft. (Preferably 1000sq.ft or more)
  • Located in a visible, easily accessible, medically active location on a main road
  • Preferably on the ground floor
  • Washroom within the selected premises

Support from National
Lab

  • An established (at the same time flexible) map-work of how a lab/ collection center is set up
  • Best agreement rates/ insights on procuring equipment and their AMCs
  • All SOPs according to NABL guidelines along with staff training, for smooth and professional functioning of the lab which will be NABL ready if and when needed
  • Involve the lab into new verticals like Insurance, Preventive Health, Nutrition, Veterinary etc
  • Legal agreements for tie-ups with other hospitals and nursing homes
  • Internal and external branding for the lab
  • Regular marketing, branding support through consumer activities and collaterals
  • Sales support and domain knowledge
